* Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to ensure that guests leave the unit in the same condition as when they arrived.  The receipt of the security deposit will guarantee your reservation.  The deposit will be returned, less any damage costs or fines, within fourteen (14) days of departure.  The security deposit shall be non-refundable if reservations are canceled within (14) days prior to expected arrival date.
